- Shipping costs are determined by your item's size and weight, selected shipping method, and delivery address.
- Please note that all orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time this can delay your shipment. If you have a pre-ordered or personalized item, delivery times could take longer. Orders are usually confirmed, packaged, and dispatched in 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
- We will only deliver packages to the requested address when your order was placed. Changes are not permitted once your order has been placed. It will not re-route any packages and does not offer any location pickup service. We will not process any order for which a post office box is provided.
- Our international shipping may add the brokerage and duties fees and shipping fees in the final invoice. We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
- The shipping provider is responsible for the customer-owned property while the property is in transit, up until delivery confirmation is provided at which point, the transfer of property is complete. After the parcel has been delivered and confirmed, the responsibility shifts to the customer.
